Colorizing

This tutorial will show you how to add color to a black and white picture.
1. Open up any black and white photo, or save mine to follow along.
2. Select your Polygonal Lasso Tool and draw around the part you want to colorize.
3. Go to LAYER > NEW LAYER and set it to Overlay and select it (DO NOT DISSELECT WHAT YOU HIGHLIGHTED WITH THE LASSO TOOL)
4. Fill in your layer with desired color using the paint bucket. I chose a bright red and got this:
5. Now you can disselect that layer and create a new one.
6. Fill it with the skin color of your choice and set it to Overlay.
7. *Note* If you have a picture with more features, just reapeat steps 2-4.
